Cinnamon Sugar Muffins are so simple to make. You need no fancy equipment just a couple of bowls and a whisk. These are delish to make for breakfast or a mid day treat. My family loves them. You can easily double this recipe if you need more than eight, but that number is perfecto for my little fam of three.
