Grilled Mahi Mahi

Grilled Mahi Mahi is a favorite for my guys when we go out to eat down the Jersey Shore. But, this dish is so quick and easy to make at home it’s foolish not to do so. Especially, with how expensive going out to eat is these days.

I buy a bag of frozen Mahi Mahi filets at my grocery store. Just thaw out the day you are cooking. The seasoning rub is made with basics I always have on had. Serve with a veg or rice or a roasted potato. We also ate this quite a bit in the summer with fresh corn.

I hope your family loves it!
