Smoked Salmon Platter

My Smoked Salmon Platter is always hit on the holidaze. But honestly, The Boy and Husband love it anytime. The cream cheese/horseradish spread gives things a kick, as do red onions and capers. Serve on toast or crackers. It’s always a delight!
