Down Memory Lane: Curry Dip

Curry Dip was rocked out by my amazing Mom for every holiday party under the sun throughout my childhood. She always served it with a rainbow of veggies at Thanksgiving, Christmas and family soirees. While many dips are a mere filler on a party spread, this dip is usually devoured by partygoers.

I hope you enjoy it!
